Buh bye, bye bye….
It was one of those days where you mindlessly rummage through websites on Google and I came across this article about the most common 'break up lines'. Some of them have become a household name ' it's not me, it's you' eerr.. I mean, it's not you it's me, 'I am not the relationship kind' etc. For the most part the guy would rather stick to his hobby of 'fishing', what with there being more fish in the sea, while they're still young and 'available'.
So, let's go over some of the most common reasons and my interpretations:
1. It's not you, it's me (of course not! we all know that's not true. The truth is that the one breaking up has finally seen the other without make up or knows that he/she likes to not wash their hands after using the loo and then make out, etc.)
2. I don't think I am the relationship kind/ they are just a headache, etc. (remember fishing?)
3. Right now I'd like to focus on my career (I'm bored of you, I think I'll focus on something else now)
4. We are at different places and want different things (that never made sense to me)
5. Maybe we should take a break (remember fishing?)
6. Your a very nice person and you deserve more than what I have to offer (I don't need a second mother. I just want sex, nothing more)
7. I'm still in love with my ex (I don't think you're my kind or the one I want to be with)
8. We have nothing in common (are YOU serious?!)
9. Your more of a "special" friend ( I just don't want to be alone, cause when none of my friends can come out to play at least I know I can come back to you at the end of the day and have SEX!)
It's SO hard to believe there can really be a true 'relationship' between two people. Once someone told me no one can really love someone else can they? Is it really true, THAT's scary!
